Education and Experience

Strongly desire a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, emphasis in Marketing. New college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Otherwise, a high school diploma with 3-5 years prior relevant experience, and must be able to provide work examples of marketing projects, website development, or graphic design experience.

Required Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Product photography and graphic design expertise preferred
  • • Create product-related videos and images
  • • Create and maintain data sheets and collateral material
  • • Participate and coordinate in monthly and annual forecasting
  • • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management
  • • Track Rep/Distributor channel support
  • • Event Management (trade shows, distributor meetings, etc.)
  • • Manage Company's Direct Mail & Social Media (eNewsletters, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • • Maintain the department Standard Operating Procedures
  • • Backup Inside Sales (quotations, follow-ups, and general support) as needed
  • • Become a product knowledge expert
  • • Maintain CRM database
  • • Assist in product launch strategies
  • • Assist in executing product research as needed
  • • Cross Train in Outbound Sales

Job Skills

The successful incumbent will have strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Outgoing personality and ability to build long-term relationships with customers and prospects. Must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and maintain a good driving record.  Bilingual (Spanish, German, or French) a plus.   


Physical & Other Requirements
  • • Must be able to type up to 30 wpm
  • • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. from the floor to above your head
  • • Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time required.

As condition for continued employment the successful candidate must pass a physical and a drug test, wage verification, education verification, basic English and Math pre-employment test, and background check. Proof of automobile insurance and a good driving record is required.
