Job Title: Electronics Engineer, Level I (Entry Level)

Location:  Redlands, CA. 

Salary Range:  $48,000 to $65,000

Compensation: Full time salary plus benefits. (Exempt Employee).

Education and Experience

Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
from an ABET accredited college/university
   
Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test particle counters and microbial air samplers

  • • Design electronic circuits with analog, digital, and optical components
  • • Program microcontrollers
  • • High Level Programming Languages, i.e., C++,  C#
  • • Project Management - Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
  • • Preparation of specifications, SOW, and test documentation
  • • Report engineering progress
  • • Create and maintain design documentation
  • • Equipment hardware and software troubleshooting
  • • Collaborate effectively with other members of the design team.
   
Job
Requirements
  • • 3+ years experience in electronic hardware design, preferred
  • • Familiar with MS Visual Studio
  • • Familiar with SOM's and DSP's preferred
  • • Embedded Systems Design
  • • Experience in writing design and test documentation
  • • Electronic hardware troubleshooting on both new and legacy designs
  • • Experience in the design of opto-electronics and lasers is preferred
   
Physical & Other Requirements
  • • Must be able to type.
  • • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. from the floor to above your head
  • • Sitting for extended periods of time required.
